Rechargeable power in your pocket! Introducing - the powerchimp! A nifty little portable charger for most handheld gadgets which can also re-juice rechargeable batteries! Use it to recharge your mobile phone, iPod/MP3, PDA, PSP and other digital devices!
The powerchimp works by using the two included rechargeable AA batteries to power your devices and will recharge most mobile phones once fully before the batteries in the chimp will need recharging. We also now include two clever little adaptors that you can put two AAA rechargeable batteries (not included) into and then pop them into the powerchimp unit, so the powerchimp will run off AAA as well!

The solarmonkey draws power from the sun and coverts it into handy power! The kit now includes a useful Velcro strap, enabling the solarmonkey to be attached to a rucksack - perfect for charging your devices when you're out and about in the sun. It can even be hung from a window, left in a car or taken anywhere the sun shines! Make sure the powermonkey-eXplorer portable charger unit is turned OFF when re-charging from the solar slave in order to reduce charging time! You can even use the solarmonkey solar charger to recharge your device directly - so you have back up power at all times. For example, plug the solarmonkey into the back of one of our Soundtraveller speakers and it will run your speakers from the power of the sun - no batteries needed!

Featuring an LCD screen that displays battery capacity and the level of charge, the powermonkey-eXplorer also has short-circuit protection, over-charging protection and anti-discharging protection. The powergorilla laptop charger will give you an extra 2-5 hours of power, depending on your laptop's specification, and over 20 hours on various other electronic devices.
powergorilla will work with devices up to 24volts - so from your laptop, right the way down to your mobile phone or iPod! Just select which voltage you require; 5v, 8.4v, 9.5, 12v, 16v, 19v or 24v and the LCD screen will indicate which setting has been chosen. Then simply hook up your gadget and away you go! You can even daisy-chain, so whilst the powergorilla is charging your laptop, you can charge the powergorilla from the mains power supply. Or you can charge your laptop and your mobile phone simultaneously!
solargorilla works via two PV (photovoltaic) solar panels, which generate electric current when they are exposed to light. The solar panels are made of glass which greatly improves the performance of the solargorilla as well as making the aesthetics of the unit better. The Red LED on the solargorilla indicates the strength of charge - the more UV intensity - the better it will work! The technically advanced solar panels ensure superb power and reliable performance, all housed in a tough outer casing.
